- Managed the sample manufacturing process, overseeing the creation of over 100 samples annually.

- Managed the end-to-end process of new product development, from concept creation to final product launch.
- Led initiatives to expand the product range, resulting in the successful development and launch of four new products annually.
- Spearheaded the development of a product range (Waterdrop series) that won a prestigious German Design Award, highlighting the innovation and quality of Dankotuwa Porcelain designs.
